My Work - March
This is the one time in the month where I try to sell you my product. The rest of the time? You and I are besties.
Last year was such a confusing time for me when it came to my work. I had been running a successful life coaching business (to my surprise). At first it felt like I was going through a career crisis. I have now found a wonderful middle ground.
I self published a book that nobody would buy (a shame because I think it’s a book that brings about new perspective).
Instead of selling you just the book (because for the life of me I don’t know how to convince you to buy it) I’ve added an emotional detox program that got 10/10 reviews. Most of the tools I use as a life coach, cater to a specific individual I’m working with. This tool? It works for everybody.
The benefits of an emotional detox:
Clarity
By the end of the three days, you’ll be clear on what needs to change in your life and what needs to stay the same.
Feeling lighter
There are purging rituals included on the program. You’ll feel lighter after letting go.
Energy and more joy
More able to focus on one thing. The program includes meditation techniques that I created from scratch after studying where traditional meditation falls short.
And …
The one on one life coaching hour with me. I focus more on emotions which I believe most of the obstacles we face have to do with not knowing how to let our emotions be and maybe even guide us to the next path. I know it sounds scary but what I’m talking about here, isn’t being controlled by the emotions rather it’s about letting them have a say too in your life. Emotions aren’t as childish as we are led to believe.
That’s what the one hour would be.
I’d also like to hear your thoughts:
Have you ever used the services of a life coach? If not, why? If you have used them, what would be the one thing you’d change about the service?
A happy Sunday to you.
